Ngurira offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
